This policy describes how the website apartments.kg (the “Operator”) processes visitors' personal data in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information” of 14 April 2008 No. 58.
1. What data we receive
- Your name and phone number — when you call us or message us on WhatsApp to book an apartment.
- Document details (passport or driving licence) — at check-in, to identify the guest. We do not copy documents or store them electronically.
- Anonymised technical data (device type, pages, time of visit) — via Google Analytics using cookies.
2. Why we use it
- Confirming bookings and communicating about check-in and check-out.
- Guest safety and protection of the property.
- Improving the website and measuring advertising.
3. Storage and sharing
Booking data is kept in WhatsApp chats and the call log no longer than needed to settle with the guest. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Google Analytics statistics are processed by Google in anonymised form.
4. Cookies
The site uses cookies for analytics only. You can disable cookies in your browser — the site will keep working.
5. Your rights
