Can I rent an apartment for a few hours?
Yes. Most apartments can be rented for 3 hours during the day — from 1 500 KGS. Hourly rental is available from 11:00 to 20:00; an evening check-in is charged as a night (20:00–10:00).
How do I book?
Choose an apartment on the site and message us on WhatsApp or call +996 551 449 945 — we confirm the dates and check-in time. For check-in before 20:00 the booking is confirmed with a 1,000 KGS prepayment; for check-in after 20:00 the full price is paid.
What are your working hours?
Daily from 10:00 to 00:00: we answer calls and WhatsApp and check guests in during these hours. A night is counted from 20:00 to 10:00.
Which documents do I need at check-in?
A passport or a driving licence. A cash deposit can be left instead. The document or deposit stays with us during the stay and is returned at check-out.

What counts as a “night” and a “day”?
A night is from 20:00 to 10:00. A day is 24 hours with check-in between 11:00 and 14:00; with check-in after 14:00, check-out is at 14:00 the next day. Each extra hour costs 200–400 KGS.
What is in the apartments?
Clean bed linen, a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, a TV, a shower with hot water and Wi-Fi (in most apartments). The apartments are in residential buildings with a lift, close to shops, cafés and public transport.
Can we stay as a group or throw a party?
The apartments are for a couple or a family with children; guests must be 18+. Noisy parties are not allowed: a party means immediate eviction without a refund.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, in apartments that have one.
