Who we are
Apartments.kg rents out its own apartments in Bishkek. We are not an aggregator of other people’s listings: every apartment on the site is ours, our own staff cleans it and we answer the phone ourselves. That is why the price on the card is the price you pay — there is no agency fee on top.
All 47 apartments are one-room apartments in residential buildings in the centre: Жумабека, Фрунзе, Уметалиева, Панфилова, Турусбекова, Якова Логвиненко and other streets. Each has clean bed linen, a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, a TV, a shower with hot water and Wi‑Fi. Linen and towels are changed after every guest, and the apartment is cleaned before each check-in.
How booking works
- Pick an apartment on the site and message us on WhatsApp or call — we confirm that it is free for your dates.
- For check-in before 20:00 the booking is held with a 1,000 KGS prepayment. For check-in after 20:00 the full price of the night is paid on arrival.
- We send the exact address and meet you at the apartment. At check-in a passport or a driving licence is needed (a cash deposit works instead); guests must be 18+.

We are on the maps — you can check the address and read or leave a review there: Google Maps, Yandex Maps, 2GIS . Photos of the apartments are also on Instagram and TikTok.
If something went wrong during your stay, please tell us on WhatsApp first — we fix problems on the same day.
