About one-room apartments in bishkek
A one-room apartment is the most popular short-stay format in Bishkek: it costs less than a hotel room of the same standard, yet you get your own kitchen with a fridge, a kettle and a microwave, a TV, Wi‑Fi and a shower with hot water. Bed linen is clean and changed after every guest.
Our apartments suit a couple, a business traveller, a family with a child or a guest in transit between flights. Guests must be 18+; check-in with a passport or a driving licence (or a deposit).
All apartments are in residential buildings on the central streets — Zhumabek, Umetaliev, Frunze, Panfilov, Turusbekov, Timiryazev, Moskovskaya and others — within walking distance of Osh Bazaar, Bishkek Park mall and the Philharmonic.
The price depends on the building, the floor and the renovation: a night (20:00–10:00) costs 2 800–5 000 KGS, a day 3 300–6 000 KGS, 3 hours in the daytime from 1 500 KGS. Prices are fixed and there is no commission — you pay us directly.
