Booking
- For check-in before 20:00 a prepayment of 1,000 KGS is required.
- For check-in after 20:00 the full price of the stay is paid.
- The prepayment is not refunded if the booking is cancelled.
Documents and deposit
- Please show a passport or driving licence at check-in.
- A cash deposit can be left instead of a document.
- The document or deposit stays with us for the duration of the stay and is returned at check-out.
Smoking
- Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed. Exception: apartments with a balcony — on the balcony only.
Quiet hours
- Please respect the neighbours: avoid loud noise, especially from 22:00 to 10:00.
Parties
- Using the apartment for a noisy party leads to immediate eviction without a refund.
Property
- Please treat the property with care: do not move the furniture or take items out of the apartment.
- Damage fees: 1,000 KGS for stained bed linen; the cost of the damage for broken dishes, a lost or broken key.
Length of stay and extra hours
- A night is from 20:00 to 10:00. Each extra hour costs 200–400 KGS.
- A day booking with check-in between 11:00 and 14:00 lasts 24 hours. With check-in after 14:00, check-out is at 14:00 the next day.
Restrictions
- The apartment is for a couple or a family with children.
- Guests must be 18 or older.
